There is no author link option in ‘Dynamic Link‘. There are URL (external website), Avatar URL, and other options, but no link to the post author’s profile (Author link).
Meta Getter, however, does display a link to the author’s profile (‘user data > author link’), but it also creates a full link. This link includes text, so it cannot be used in a custom link where only the link is dynamic.
