Improve UL and List Item Blocks

Current Experience: User adds a Greenlight UL List Element block and a list item block is nested within. Too add another list item, user needs to manually add/insert a list item block within the UL List Item Block.

Suggested Improvement: If a UL List Element block has a List Item block, user can hit Enter/Return to add an additional List Item block. Similar to how native Gutenberg List block works. If users need to add a line break, SHIFT + ENTER still works and won’t add another List Item block if needed.

    Too add to this request, when a Greenlight List Item block is selected, add the ability to indent a List Item block by TAB key press. This will create a nested UL List within. I could use the native Gutenberg block for these requested items, but then I lose the ability of using Greenshift control features with animations, interaction layers, etc.
