We see that some users can’t finish order because they don’t see the payment form on checkout page. We notified support of the payment system, but as you understand, usually, they can answer in a week or more. You can try different browser and make new order. Make sure that you downloaded and used license from Your account which will be available once order will be verified by support team and marked as complete
