Add visibility option by weekdays and (opening) hours

Extend the current date/time period with recurring days and times, so we can show (or hide) certain blocks at a specified day or time every week.

For example, show a phone number only during opening hours, or show a special midweek offer every Wednesday, or in the weekend…

Even Divi offer this so it can\’t be that hard to do 😉
