I would like to ask for an AI chatbot feature for GreenShift users, based on vector database + Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). Users could upload PDFs, documents, text files, or website URLs to create knowledge-based chatbots for support. The chatbot should support lead generation, including optional email capture via a built-in form or integration with tools like Fluent Forms, as well as human handoff, allowing the site owner to take over the conversation from the AI when needed.
