CSS Builder and Manager

Greenshift lacks a proper way for building and managing any type of styling with its great UI, this feature requests consists of implementing those 2:
1. Add a CSS Builder block to style any type of CSS selector the same way we do for classes with Greenshift styling UI
2. Add a CSS custom post type like reusable templates to manage, organize and embed designs built with CSS Builder blocks
