Greenshift Pattern Hub: Host and Share Your Own Pattern Collections Across Sites

new
May 1, 2026

Right now GreenShift only lets you pull patterns from its own repository. The request is to open that up so you can connect to any external pattern library hosted on a separate WordPress install.

Similar features already exist in: Kadence Blocks (Pattern Hub), GenerateBlocks (GenerateCloud), Bricks Builder (Remote Templates), and Astra/Spectra (Template Exporter).

How it should work:
– You host a WordPress site with your own patterns
– You share access via a URL and password
– Connected sites browse and insert those patterns directly inside the GreenShift Pattern Library UI
– Global Styles and CSS variables import alongside each pattern automatically

Additional features worth including:
– Password-protected access per library or collection
– Ability to sell access via SureCart licensing: map a SureCart product to a collection, buyer receives a key on purchase, enters it on their site to unlock access
