Hide advanced tab in simplified panels

I like how simplified panels work, but you should hide the advanced tab too.

First of all, users who need or want simplified panels shouldn\’t see anything advanced, but more importantly, the css classes are exposed there and can be deleted by the users, which will of course mess up the site.

One of the most important reasons for simplified panels was preventing users messing up the site, but if the have access to the classed, thats out the window of course.
