Sceleton loader for filter block

Currently we do not plan to add sceleton loader but you can add it by yourself. While loading blocks, there is container with class “gspb-filter-post-loader-container”. So, you can make block with skeleton (you can take it from our library then make script that put content from your block and put it inside gspb-filter-post-loader-container. You can use also Interaction layer for this purpose, it has copy content action
