Cannot import Templates

Hello. Didn’t realise there was a support board!

We’re liking GL Pro and will likely upgrade to unlimited site license but have hit a bug. Posted on your Fb page but will post here as well.

Have been trying GL Pro over past week or so and have hit an issue, seemingly the same as this one – https://www.facebook.com/groups/greenshiftwp/posts/1483952879710646/. Two sites, basic test ones, same host, only things installed are GL Theme and builder, export templates (also happens just with a single template), try to import XML file to second site, get hit with ‘Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.’

Resultant URL ends with /wp-admin/admin.php?page=greenshift_import&design_import=1&_wpnonce=55bf75a453 – there’s always a nonce value in the URL.

    Try GL PRO 3.2 version please

    Please provide a link – from my dashboard the download link still gives 3.1.9

      it can be cache. I think it should be available now

    Thanks – showed up as Update Available in Dash. Can confirm 3.2 fixed this issue.

    Changelog would be nice!!
