missing styles and elements when local site is being push to server

17

Hi guys,

I have a bit of a strange one today.

I am building a greenshift child theme on Local and using github actions to push it to a staging site on the remote server.

Only thing is that some of the styles and other elements are not getting transfered.

Now is this because if I am doing it in the editor its being stored to the database, so I would have to put the styles, etc in the theme directory such as the theme.json file and CSS file.?

many thanks

I see the link, but Im not sure what I am looking for.

would it be this “Using a special Server render attribute” that I would need to use?

    many thanks

    1. you must use special CSSRender parameter. To be true, I don’t understand what exactly you are doing. If you use agentic workflow, we have skills for agent which explains to agent how to save styles for pages

I am building a Greenshift child theme locally and then using github actions to push it to my staging site on the server.

    Does that make sense?

I am using automation to do this.

    1. depends how you build it. As pages or templates. With GS or GL blocks. I recommend to feed skills to your agent. Skill folder can be found in root folder of plugin or https://greenshiftwp.com/ai-agents-for-wordpress-that-work/

    Hi thank you again.

    I am using GS blocks.

I am not familial with how to create skills for the agent.

The simple issue is that the block that I build on the Local site dont render properly when they are pushed to the remote server.

    many thanks again.

    1. you don’t need to create skills, just drop GitHub link to your agent

Also when files are getting pushed to the server , I am getting error messages like what are shown in the image.

I tried to create a header on the server side , but I still am getting traces of error messages about the template parts.

Also when trying to edit some of the blocks directly on the server,i get this error.

As you can see in the photo.

    1. you didn’t attach photo. Please drop link of skill to your agent https://github.com/wpsoul/greenlight-vibe

    I dont use Vibe.

    I use VS code

    and Github actions

    1. it doesn’t matter what you use. Drop link to your agent. It’s not GitHub action. One more time – just copy link to prompt and ask agent to use skill
